02Privacy
I collect as little personal data as possible through this website. There is no contact form, no account and no newsletter. I comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If you email me, I only use your name, your email address and the content of your message to reply to you and to follow up on a possible collaboration or job application. Legal basis: your own request and my legitimate interest in replying. I keep those messages no longer than necessary, at most two years after our last contact, and I never pass them on to third parties for marketing.
Technical data. On every visit, the website's security layer (Cloudflare, see Hosting) automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the time of your visit. This is needed to keep the site secure and available and to block attacks. I do not use this data to track or profile you.
Your rights. You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object. Just send an email to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with my answer, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
04Images and rights
All designs, photos, illustrations and texts on this website are by Thibo Sanders, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Brand names and logos of clients remain the property of their owners and are shown here only as examples of my work. Some projects are school or study assignments for fictional brands.
The people who are recognisable in the images gave permission for their portrait to be published. If you appear in a photo and would rather not see it online, let me know at [email protected] and I will remove it as soon as possible.
05Hosting
The website runs on a private server in Belgium. Traffic passes through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (security, encrypted connection and protection against attacks). Cloudflare processes technical data under the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.
